  7. 1/2 cdta. orégano seco
  8. 1 cda. perejil picado

  11. 1 huevo batido
  12. 3/4 taza pan rallado
  13. 6 huevos duros cocidos
  14. 2 zanahorias cortadas en bastones largos, blanqueadas
  15. 1/2 pimiento rojo cortado en bastones
  16. 1/2 pimiento verde cortado en bastones

  18. 3 TAZAS RENDIMIENTO:

  20. 227 gr. / 8 oz. champiñones cortados en láminas
  21. 1 cda. aceite de oliva
  22. 2 dientes ajos picados
  23. 1 cda. tomillo fresco picado
  24. 1 cda. cebolla picada

  1. En un recipiente redondo, mezclar bien la sal, pimienta, ajos, cebolla, orégano, perejil, tomillo, huevo batido, leche y pan rallado.
    Agregar y mezclar la carne de res y la de cerdo.
    Sobre la mesa poner una lámina de papel aluminio y sobre este poner una lámina de papel de hornear.
    Extender la masa de carne sobre el papel cubriendo hasta los bordes.
    Poner a lo largo en el centro los huevos duro y hacia los costados los palitos de zanahoria y pimientos.
  2. Comenzando por el borde enrollar la masa de carne quitando el papel al mismo tiempo y terminar enrollando el papel alrededor de la carne.
    Enrollar el papel aluminio alrededor y sellar los bordes.
  3. Poner el rollo en una bandeja de hornear y cocinar en el horno a una temperatura modera de 178° C. / 350° F. hasta que la carne quede completamente cocinada.
    La temperatura interior de la carne debe llegar a los 56° C. / 155° F.
    Dejar la carne a reposar unos 15 minutos y cortar el papel para sacar el rollo de carne.
    Cortar la carne en medallones para servir.
  4. SALSA DE CHAMPIÑONES
    PROCEDIMIENTO
    Calentar el aceite y sofreír el ajo con la cebolla.
    Añadir y sudar los champiñones con el tomillo.
    Agregar la salsa bechamel y calentar a fuego moderado.
    Servir la salsa con el asado alemán.
