- Una vez que quede poco líquido añade el queso y remueve, sácalo del fuego y ponlo en un recipiente para triturarlo
Una vez triturado apártalo - En una sartén añade un pelín de aceite y pon todos los tallarines de calabacín dentro, NO AÑADAS SAL HASTA EL FINAL
Puedes añadir pimienta y removerlos - Remuévelos e intenta que no se hagan demasiado, que no estén muy “transparentes” ya que sino se rompen
Una vez que veas que están hechos puedes añadir la sal y sacarlos del fuego - En esa misma sartén añade las dos láminas de champiñón que habíamos reservado
Hazlas por ambos lados - Ponlos en un plato y la salsa encima, y ya estaría!
