- 200 gr pasta ramen
- 2 cebollas cambray (cola)
- al gusto camarones empanizados
- 1 alga nori
- 3 champiñones
- 2 piezas huevos (Mitades)
- c/n fondo oscuro y blanco
Instructions to make to make Ramen
- En una olla vaciar el agua, esperar hasta que hierva y en ese momento agregar los demás ingredientes, dejar hervir a fuego medio durante una hora
- Cuando pase el tiempo debemos colar el caldo y guardar los champiñones para después
- En otra olla vaciar el agua, esperar hasta que hierva y en ese momento agregar los demás ingredientes, dejar hervir a fuego medio durante una hora, cuando pase el tiempo debemos colar el caldo
- En una olla vaciar agua y esperar hasta que hierva, en ese momento agregar el huevo, poner a fuego medio y esperar durante de 12 - 15 min
- Cuando ya pase el tiempo, debemos tener preparado un bowl con agua helada para vaciar los huevos y que se termine su cocción
- En una bolsa con cierre o toper agregamos el sake, la salsa de soja y el aceite, sellarlos y refrigerar, se pude hacer desde un día antes para que absorba más el sabor
- Preparar 3 bowls, en uno pondremos todos los materiales secos, en otro batiremos 2 huevos y en el último pondremos el empanizador
- Pasar cada uno de los camarones por la harina, después por el huevo y por último por el empanizador
- Vaciar aceite en una olla a fuego medio y cuando este ya caliente agregar los camarones y freírlos durante 4-5 minutos
- Cuando ya estén dorados poner sobre un papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de grasa
- En un tazón ponemos la pasta ramen previamente cocido, encima colocamos los champiñones, los camarones, los huevos, el alga, un poco de cebolla cambray rebanada, y vaciar la misma cantidad de fondos
