- En una olla con muy poquito aceite agrégamos la cebolla, le movemos y casi enseguida el ajo, igual una media movida y enseguida la flor de calabaza y esperamos a que se reduzca y suelte su jugo
- Agregamos caldo de pollo al gusto, nosotras le pusimos como litro y medio, ahora sí que ahí es a ojo, y agregamos las ramas de epazote enteras y dejamos que hierva
- Ya que empezó a hervir Agregamos el pollo y la calabaza, probamos de sal, y ya que este cocida la calabaza, está listo
- Retiramos las ramas de epazote y listo a comer!! 🎉🎉
