  1. Se mezcla la harina blanca con la harina de setas, la levadura y la sal. Ya que esté bien mezclado vamos agregando el agua hasta hacer una masa uniforme.
  2. Dejamos reposar la masa aproximadamente 1 hora, tapándola con un paño delgado. Mientras tanto, separamos las ramitas de romero y las mezclamos con el aceite de oliva.
  3. Después de reposar la masa le revolvemos el romero con el aceite y dejamos reposar de nuevo otros 30 minutos más.
  4. Dividimos la masa en partes iguales, extendiéndola con rodillo, agregamos una porción de queso a cada una y sellamos. Precalentamos el horno 5 minutos a 180º. Posteriormente metemos al horno 30 minutos. Y listo!
