  5. Al pasar los 5 minutos sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto, y revolver después sazonarlo con la paprika (si gustas, nada más para que le de un color rojizo a la mezcla) y nuevamente revolver.
    Y apagarle a la flama.
  6. Con los hongos portobellos le quitamos los tallos (cuidadosamente). En la cabeza del hongo le untamos el aceite vegetal justamente con la sal.
  7. Con la taza de espinaca picada se la agregamos al sartén y revolvemos nuevamente mientras está calientito.
    Tomamos un plato extendido y ponemos en los hongos boca abajo (con la cabeza hacia abajo).
  8. Luego tomamos los hongos y los recubrimos con la mezcla del sartén y los espolvoreamos con el queso al gusto.
